I hope you will find this information thought provoking. We are all accountable for our choices and decisions. Ignorance is no excuse. The choice is up to you. My purpose was not to judge but to inform. Really my opinion doesn't matter. What matters is what the BIBLE says. I am not trying to "convict" or "change" you or your ideas. I will let the Holy Spirit do that.

The dilemma over Halloween may fall under the category of a Romans 14 issue, or a "disputable matter." These are matters that lack clear and specific direction from the Bible. Ultimately, Christians must decide for themselves and follow their own convictions regarding the observance of Halloween.
Halloween is also becoming a cultural war zone of sorts between different religious groups who warn that it is either a gateway to Satanism and occultism, or marks a sacred event for a growing community of Wiccans and modern-day pagans. In recent years, Christian fundamentalist groups have denounced the festive atmosphere of Halloween, even sponsored "Hell Houses" as a religious version of seasonal "haunted house" programs. Wiccan and pagan groups, claiming ancestral roots with early witches and others who celebrated Halloween, have also become vocal. Both acknowledge the religious roots of this time, although from this heritage seem to draw remarkable different interpretations.
Dictionary of the Occult and Paranormal, states "Halloween was originally a pagan festival of darkness, fire, and death. All Hallows Eve was celebrated by the Celts of northern Europe... Halloween was also an important date for the witches' calendar."
Do Religion and Halloween really mix in todays world?
