They just say that to us every time we submit our site to one of these 8 plus week sites. They say they have to check your site out first and than if they like what they see, than your site will get listed. The staff at YWI has placed this section in our mall in hopes that it will make any site owner/webmaster that wants to place their site on one of these search engines a little bit easier than it did for us.
